Sonora, CA…At around 1:30 PM Sunday, Deputies went to Roll In Mobile Home Park in Sonora to attempt felony warrant service on James Owsley a 34 year old man and Sarah Hogan a 24 year old woman. During the arrest, Deputies discovered a large amount of methamphetamine. A search warrant of the residence was authorized and the Tuolumne County Narcotics Team along with K9 Justice and other patrol personnel, executed the warrant. A quarter pound of Methamphetamine, 4.3 grams of heroin and items related to the sales of narcotics such as packaging and a scale were located.
James Owsley was arrested and booked at the Tuolumne County Jail for a felony failure to appear warrant for a weapons charge and various drug charges. He was also booked for felon in possession of ammunition, committing a felony while on bail or own recognizance, possession of a controlled substance for sale and criminal conspiracy. He is being held in custody with a $70,000 bail.
Sarah Hogan was arrested and booked at the Tuolumne County Jail for a felony failure to appear warrant for various drug charges and charges of possession of controlled substance for sale, possessing or purchasing cocaine base for sale, committing a felony while on bail or own recognizance and criminal conspiracy. She is also being held on a $70,000 bail.
Tori Rowe a 21 year old woman from Columbia Ca. was also at the residence and was given a citation for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
