San Andreas, CA…Calaveras County Department of Public Works would like to inform the public that the Thermoplastic Striping Project construction has resumed and will continue through the end of April. There will be traffic delays during the application of thermoplastic striping and traffic markings on the following roads: Calaveritas Road, Camanche Parkway South, French Gulch Road, Independence Road, Milton Road, Mountain Ranch Road, Olive Orchard Road, Ospital Road, Paloma Road, Pattison Road, Pettinger Road, Pool Station Road, Rail Road Flat Road, Ridge Road, Sheep Ranch Road, and Southworth Road.

Traffic lanes along these roads will be impacted, as the application of thermoplastic striping is a slow and continuously rolling operation. Construction for these locations will occur from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, weekdays. We ask for your patience with workers in the area and to use extra caution.

Calaveras County has contracted with Chrisp Company to conduct the work on this important Highway Safety Improvement Project (HSIP). Thank you for your support of this program.
