Angels Camp, CA…If you’re looking for a great wine event plus a chance to help support women and girls in Calaveras County, check out the Wine & Whimsy event sponsored by Soroptimist International of Calaveras County coming up on June 22nd. The event will take place from 5:30pm to 9:30pm at Lakeside Wedding & Event Center in Angels Camp.

Tickets are on sale for $50 per person and proceeds will benefit SICC’s many programs including continuing education grants for single mothers, community service awards, Miss Calaveras/Rodeo Queen awards, the annual Frog Jump Youth Parade, a free cholesterol screening program, and much more!
