Arnold, CA…An Excessive Heat Warning starts this morning at 11am and continues until 8pm on Sunday for most of our area. The high county will provide some cooling as typically there is at least a 20 degree shift in temps from the Hwy 49 level. It will be breezy at times as well which will make our fire risk extreme.
