Columbia, CA…CHP is reporting a male doing pushups in the middle of the roadway near Parrotts Ferry and Columbia Villa. Must be a new form of interval training. Pushups in the space between vehicles in traffic…plus a few forces reps if a vehicle runs over you. Anyway…please use caution in the area….
