Jamestown, CA….On Tuesday, April 29th, 2025, at approximately 10:20 A.M., a 68-year-old male from Portland, Oregon was riding his 2008 Honda Interceptor motorcycle westbound on State Route 120, west of Sims Rd. at an undetermined speed. For an unknown reason, the rider failed to negotiate a left-hand curve in the roadway and the Honda went onto the north shoulder of State Route 120 where it overturned and the rider was ejected.
This crash caused major damage to the Honda, and the rider suffered a fatal injury. The rider was wearing a motorcycle helmet at the time of this crash and drugs and/or alcohol are not suspected to be a factor.
This crash remains under investigation.
