San Andreas, CA…Meet Chase (A058981), a male Alaskan Husky, about 1½ years old and 45 pounds. With his striking mismatched eyes—one blue, one brown—Chase has a rock star look and a heart to match. His happy-go-lucky attitude and friendly nature make him a shelter favorite. At 45 pounds, he’s a conveniently compact Husky—easy to walk, fun to play with, and just the right size for cuddles.
Chase is playful, affectionate, and eager to make friends with people and other dogs. He’s still young and full of energy, but he’s already learning leash manners and enjoys his walks. Like many Huskies, he has an independent streak, but Chase is showing real willingness to learn. He also loves getting his beautiful coat brushed and enjoys splashing around in water.
Chase has shown a little too much interest in the shelter cats, so a cat-free home will be the best fit. Otherwise, he’s all smiles and enthusiasm, ready to bring joy, laughter, and love to the lucky home that welcomes him.
