Arnold, CA…Join us at A Walk Through Time, our annual history celebration! From 11:30-1:30 on Saturday, July 12th, come learn about the history of the park, from the Mi-Wuk and Washoe, to the Civilian Conservation Corps, to present day. Check out all of our tables about each part of our history and come away with a prize.
Want to learn even more? We’ve bringing back our North Grove History Walk! This will be from 10am-12pm, meeting at the North Grove trailhead by the Visitor Center and ending by the Stump. There will be plenty of time to experience the event after this hike.
As we’re having this event, there will be no Little or Junior Rangers that day. You may still collect stamps and a badge for attending this instead!
NOTE: There will be a trail closure along the North Grove. Visitors will may use the adjacent fire road to make the trail a loop. See our previous posts for more info!
