Let Hildy Lovingly Adopt You Today!

San Andreas, CA…Meet Hildy (A058494), a spayed female Rough Collie/German Shepherd mix, about 3 years old and 63 pounds. Hildy is a loyal, affectionate girl with a calm presence and an eager-to-please spirit. She was surrendered to the shelter after a death in the family, through no fault of her own. In both of her previous homes, she lived happily with young children, other dogs, and even a cat.

This well-mannered beauty walks politely on leash and knows her basic commands like “sit” and “down.” Her previous owner shared that she’s crate trained and housebroken, too. When she was in foster care, Hildy came to work with her foster parent and quietly relaxed in the office. With her most recent person, she enjoyed riding along in the truck and keeping them company during outdoor workdays.

Hildy has all the makings of a wonderful companion—gentle, smart, and devoted. She’s ready to begin her next chapter with a person or family who will give her the love and stability she deserves.
