Angels Camp, CA…After 40 years as a physical therapist and 32 years as the owner of Pinnacle Physical Therapy, I will be retiring and closing the doors to my private practice in Angels Camp on Wednesday, November 26, 2025.

This decision comes with a full heart and deep gratitude for the wonderful career serving this community. When I first opened Pinnacle Physical Therapy in 1993, my dream was simple: to create a place in our rural community where every patient received excellent care, was supported, and encouraged to reach their highest potential in movement and healing. What grew from that dream has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.

Over the decades, I have had the honor of helping generations of patients recover, rebuild, and regain confidence in their bodies. Each person who has walked through my doors, whether for an injury, surgery recovery, or ongoing care, has taught me something about perseverance and hope. It has been an absolute privilege to be part of your journeys and your lives.

I am profoundly grateful to the Calaveras County community for embracing and supporting Pinnacle Physical Therapy all these years. To my patients, thank you for your trust. To my colleagues, past/current staff, and the medical community, thank you for your collaboration and shared commitment to excellent rural care. Together, we’ve built something meaningful over the last three decades that I will always cherish.

As I look forward to this next chapter of retirement, I’m filled with excitement to spend more time with my family (especially our two-year-old granddaughter!), explore new travel adventures with my husband, Kevin, play golf, and support our other family business, Locke Vineyards in Murphys. I look forward to continuing to be a part of the wonderful Calaveras County community.
