Bear’s Lair 2025, same orchard, but a revised apple blend from the previous vintage. 7% ABV, notes: red ripe apple, yellow apple skin, star anise, warm honey. 
Attack of the Butterfly Dragons, 2025, this red wine grape pyment is 6.8% ABV and has notes of wild strawberries, tart grapes, oak and toasted rosemary
