Murphys, CA…The Angels Murphys Rotary Club in Calaveras County honored Peace Officers and Firefighters of year at the Murphys Hotel on June 9, 2016. Each year for more than a decade, the club honors a member of each organization supporting communities along the Highway 4 corridor in Calaveras County for his or her outstanding contribution to the community they serve. The supervisor of their respective organization selects the honorees.
