San Andreas, CA…The deadline to submit a registration form in compliance with Chapter 17.95 of the Calaveras County Code regulating medical cannabis cultivation and commerce is 4:00 P.M. on Thursday, June 30, 2016. Applications will not be accepted after that time. Applications missing any mandatory submittal documentation will not be accepted. Registration forms and mandatory submittal requirements can be obtained in the Planning Department or downloaded off of the County website.

Anyone wishing to submit 5 or more applications at a time must contact the Planning Department in advance to arrange an appointment. Requests for same day appointments cannot be accommodated, so it is important that you plan in advance. Due to the length of time necessary to review registration applications, no person—even with an appointment—may submit more than 10 applications on any one day. Anyone intending to submit more than 10 applications will need to make multiple appointments.
