Arnold, CA…Beginning Wednesday, September 16, 2026, and continuing throughout the week, there will be road improvements and traffic delays throughout the community of Arnold. Road sign installations will take place on Avery Sheep Ranch Road, Moran Road, Blagen Road and Dunbar Road.

Traffic lanes along these roadways will be affected with the use of flaggers and warning devices. Motorists and pedestrians are urged to use caution in the area. Crews will be active during daylight hours of 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.The Road Safety Sign Audit Project (RSSA) is being constructed by Highway Specialties, Inc., who is under contract with Calaveras County.
