Valley Springs, CA…CHP is reporting a couple of incidents at this time. In the Valley Springs area there is a collision near Hwy 26 and Garner Place. In Tuolumne County there are reports of a potential Jumper on the Jacksonville Bridge. Drove over that bridge yesterday.
