Bear Valley, CA…The 9th Annual Ebbetts Pass Century is happening on August 20, 2016 with four routes to challenge a variety of cyclists. New this year is that all routes visit a final support station at Bear Valley Mountain for a special ice cream treat and a magnificent view into the Mokelumne Wilderness. Regardless which course you choose, you can expect great scenery, smooth roads, well stocked support stations and some of the best cycling terrain in the country….
Ebbetts Pass Century
This demanding 98 mile century ride begins and ends in the scenic alpine village of Bear Valley at 7100 feet on Highway 4. Riders embark on some of the best cycling terrain in the Sierra Nevada with breath taking vistas, challenging climbs and exhilarating descents. Strategic support stations keep riders fueled throughout the event with SAG support available on the “24% Pacific Grade” at mile 83!
