We are a nonprofit Animal Rescue Organization dedicated to helping companion animals in need. We are a local nonprofit organization. Our challenge is local animal welfare, not animal rights. The mission of the Calaveras Humane Society is to promote an excellent quality of life for the animals of Calaveras County. We seek to involve and engage the greater community in achieving our mission.
