San Andreas, CA 95249 2016-1039 APPEAL of Rejection of Commercial Cannabis Cultivation Registration Applications for APN’s 050-066-002 and 050-066-006 Tulley & Weiss Attorneys at Law, on behalf of Steve Santos is appealing the Planning Director’s rejection to submit two applications for commercial cannabis cultivation registration. The 5.12-acre and 5.7-acre sites are located at 140 and 147 Melsher Lane, Valley Springs, T3N, R10E, Sec. 6.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Calaveras County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on September 22, 2016, at 9:00 a. m. or soon thereafter to consider the above referenced appeal. The public hearing will be held in the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors Chambers, Government Center, 891 Mountain Ranch Road, San Andreas, California.

Pursuant to Government Code 65009, if anyone challenges the above listed issues in a court of law, the challenge may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raise at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Commission, at or prior to, the public hearing. You are welcome to review the application at the Calaveras County Planning Department during normal working hours, 8:00 a. m. to 4:00 p. m., Monday through Friday except county holidays.
