Arnold, CA…Geraldine “Gerry” Wiggins passed peacefully Sept. 4, 2016 in Arnold, CA, the town she called home. Born on June 26, 1923 in Buffalo, NY, she retired to Arnold and lived there for 20 years prior to “coming off the mountain” to be closer to family. She was a long-time member of Ebbetts Pass Moose Lodge and was Senior Regent of Women of the Moose (1994-1995). She was the family matriarch, Mother, Nana, and friend to all who knew her. She was a truly kind, generous, inspiring and loving woman who only saw the good in the people she met. She always listened with an open mind and an open heart.

She is survived by her children: Ron O’Connor, Pat Helton (and husband Sandy), Dave O’Connor (and wife Lauri), and Ken O’Connor and her grandchildren: Jennifer Adams, Nick and Megan O’Connor, and Grant and Jesse Helton. She will be deeply missed and will remain forever in our hearts. A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 8 at 1:00 p.m. at Chapel in the Pines, 2286 Cedar Lane, Arnold, CA 95223 followed by a reception in celebration of her life.
