Kirkwood, CA…Amador County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform 24-hour one-way traffic control on eastbound and westbound State Route 88 from Kit Carson Lodge to the Amador/Alpine County line for grinding operations. Crews will begin work Sunday, September 11, 2016, through Friday, September 16, 2016, from 6:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. Motorists should expect 15 minute delays. Alternate routes should be taken whenever possible.

This work is scheduled to begin as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment and/ or materials and construction related issues.
