2016-1071 Zoning Amendment and Agriculture Preserve Application for Mary Suchy The applicant is requesting approval of a California Land Conservation Contract/Agriculture Preserve No. 358 for 454.6 acres of land located at 1821 Hubbard Road in Mountain Ranch.

APN: 020-031-021 & 021-015-009 are a portion of Section 21, T5N, R14E. In conjunction with the request for Agriculture Preserve, the subject property must be rezoned AP (Agriculture Preserve) to signify the land conservation contract.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Calaveras County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on October 13, 2016, at 9:00 a. m. or soon thereafter to consider the above referenced appeal. The public hearing will be held in the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors Chambers, Government Center, 891 Mountain Ranch Road, San Andreas, California.
Pursuant to Government Code 65009, if anyone challenges the above listed issues in a court of law, the challenge may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raise at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Commission, at or prior to, the public hearing. You are welcome to review the application at the Calaveras County Planning Department during normal working hours, 8:00 a. m. to 4:00 p. m., Monday through Friday except county holidays.
