Bear Valley, CA…Caltrans will be closing Hwy 4 over Ebbetts Pass today at 1pm ahead of what hopefully will be our first real winter storm system of the season. The other seasonal mountain passes may close temporarily as well. Plan ahead and let’s hope we get a soaking….
