2016-1081 APPEAL OF PLANNING COMMISSION DENIAL OF AN APPEAL OF THE PLANNING DIRECTOR DENIAL OF COMMERCIAL CANNABIS REGISTRATION APPLLICATION 2016-224 FOR APN 014-030-028 Stephen Dickinson, on behalf of Twini Farms, is appealing the Planning Commission denial of an appeal of the Planning Director’s denial of commercial cannabis cultivation registration 2016-224. The 2.5-acre site is located at 2385 Wagner Road, Railroad Flat, T6N, R14E, Sec. 27.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing on October 25, 2016, at 9:00 a. m. or soon thereafter to consider the above referenced appeal. The public hearing will be held in the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors Chambers, Government Center, 891 Mountain Ranch Road, San Andreas, California.
Pursuant to Government Code 65009, if anyone challenges the above listed issues in a court of law, the challenge may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raise at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Board, at or prior to, the public hearing. You are welcome to review the application at the Calaveras County Planning Department during normal working hours, 8:00 a. m. to 4:00 p. m., Monday through Friday except county holidays. Board of Supervisors agenda is available online http://bos.calaverasgov.us at noon on the Friday prior to the meeting. The project file and staff report can be viewed or purchased at the Planning Department for the cost of making the copies.
