Angels Camp, CA…A grand opening welcoming NextHome Utica Properties is scheduled this Friday, October 21st at 4pm with Mayor Wes Kulm officiating at the red-ribbon cutting ceremony. Located at 1239 S. Main Street in downtown Angels Camp, NextHome is a new name in real estate services featuring two familiar faces.

Owned and operated by Jeff Rasmussen and Tammy Dillashaw, the brokerage will provide residential real estate services to the areas of Murphys, Arnold, San Andreas, Copperopolis, Vallecito, Douglas Flat, Avery, Valley Springs, Hathaway Pines and the remainder of Calaveras County. The company will also provide services in land sales, ranch properties, commercial units, and investment properties.

Colleagues for several years, Rasmussen and Dillashaw began discussing a partnership and found NextHome to be the solution. “We knew that if we put our efforts together, we could accomplish much more than we were already doing,” said Rasmussen. “And with Tammy getting her broker’s license, we took the partnership and focused on creating our own brokerage.”

“NextHome was a natural fit for what we needed at our new company,” said Dillashaw. “We originally thought to open an independent boutique brokerage, but after talking with NextHome, we saw that joining the franchise had so many advantages that would allow us the freedom to continue building local relationships.”
