Amador County, CA…The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will close the right and left shoulders, and right and left turn lanes, on northbound and southbound State Route 49 from Clinton Road to South Avenue for traffic signal work.

Work will begin Monday, October 17, 2016, through Friday, October 21, 2016, from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

Motorists should expect 10 minute delays. Alternate routes should be taken whenever possible.

This work is scheduled to begin as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment and/ or materials and construction related issues.
