2016-1072 Zoning Amendment and Agriculture Preserve Application for Joseph and Cheryl Lombardi The applicants are requesting approval of a California Land Conservation Contract/Agriculture Preserve No. 353 for 1,015.38 acres of land located 3.5 miles south of Mokelumne Hill, ¾ of a mile east of the intersection of Lombardi Dr. and SR 49, lying east of the Golden Hills Subdivision. The subject property is a portion of Section 19, 20, 29 and 30, T5N, R12E, MDM. In conjunction with the request for Agriculture Preserve, the subject property must be rezoned AP (Agriculture Preserve) to signify the land conservation contract.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing on November 08, 2016, at 9:00 a. m. or soon thereafter to consider the above referenced appeal. The public hearing will be held in the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors Chambers, Government Center, 891 Mountain Ranch Road, San Andreas, California.
Pursuant to Government Code 65009, if anyone challenges the above listed issues in a court of law, the challenge may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raise at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Board, at or prior to, the public hearing. You are welcome to review the application at the Calaveras County Planning Department during normal working hours, 8:00 a. m. to 4:00 p. m., Monday through Friday except county holidays. Board of Supervisors agenda is available online http://bos.calaverasgov.us at noon on the Friday prior to the meeting.
