San Andreas, CA…On October 29, 2016, at approximately 1745 hours, Party-1 (Moore) was traveling eastbound on SR-26 just west of Camp Seco Turnpike at a stated speed of 55-60 MPH. Party-2 (Eichler) was traveling westbound on SR-26 just west of Campo Seco Turnpike at an unknown rate of speed.

Party-1 was adjusting his stereo, drove over double yellow lines into the westbound lane, and collided head-on with Party-2. Party-1 and Passenger-1 (Taylor) were both transported by ambulance to Mark Twain Medical Center. Party-2 was arrested for DUI and then transported by ambulance to Sutter Amador Hospital.
