custody order but was confused on what he was reading and I could not understand what he was explaining. I
told him i would attempt to contact to figure out what was going on. I called her twice but there was no
answer and a message was left. I drove to her listed address and made contact with father. He stated she was
not home and possibly in Sonora. I re-contacted the RP advised him to go back to court and request a revised

missing out of homecoming at his school. Mom refused to allow him to come back so resp. sent a text to his
mother saying he wanted to die trying to get her to change her mind. Resp. said he had no intention of
following through with it but was trying to get his way. Resp. said he’s never attempted suicide in the past and
doesn’t intend to. I talked with resp. for sometime about the things he is dealing with between his mom and

vehicle in the parking lot. I waited for approximately 15 minutes for the driver to return before issuing a parking
citation.
I was later contacted by the driver who expressed her displeasure and disbelief that a citation was issued as no
other vehicles were in the parking lot. I explained if she had parked in a legal space no citation would have

and choked him during a visitation a couple of days ago. The rp contacted his ex regarding the incident and
she claimed the boys were playing with each other and did not seem concerned. The rp said his son did not
have any signs of injury, but requested documentation in the event it happens again. An incident number was

Occurred on Nashua Rd, Sonora. Rp req advice regarding someone she let stay with her for a while. ATC,
there was no answer and a message was left.
Summary: RP stated she has been having problems with her land line. so she called the local phone company
to inspect the line. Th repair man came to her residence and inspected the line and located the problem
however, the RP explained she could not pay him for the repair that was going to be needed. so the repair man
left. The RP left her residence and arrived home at approx. 2100 hours and noticed a piece of phone cord laying
her drive way. She believed her ex-roommate came to her house and cut her phone line. I asked her if she
thought it was possible the repair man my have dropped a piece of the phone cord. She said no and was
certain that it was her ex-roommate. I suggested she contact the phone company and request to speak to the
repair man about the issue. . Disposition: Log Note.
