Summary: RP handed me two feet of phone wiring which she thought was cut from the side of her house.
Upon further inspection, it appeared a rodent had chewed several holes in the wiring and was responsible for
the damage. I also noticed the wire in question was not even hooked up to her phone box anymore. RP
recently had issues with the phone company installing new lines and was also concerned former tenants
594’ed her phone line. RP will contact the phone company to have the lines inspected and wrapped to keep

violent in nature. I spoke to Resp.’s and they agreed to stop sending texts, voicemails. Resp. was worried he
was going to be in trouble and told me it was his roomate and her friend who were ‘stirring the pot’. I advised

SUMMARY: RP reported her restraining order stated the restrained person can’t be at her (The RP’s) childrens
school. The RP stated since the Resp. has been served a restraining order, the Resp. has been at the school.
The RP admitted the Resp. has children that also go to the school and get picked up at the same time. I told
the RP the incident would be documented, but no report would be taken, as there is no way to prove intent or
a violation if the Resp. children also need to be picked up.
I contacted the D.A. who stated they would not file on a violation of this nature. The DA said they would
contact the Judge who signed the order.
I contacted the Resp. and advised her to have the issue brough to the Judges attentionwhen they return to
court. The Resp. stated she has a restraining order against the RP also, and would try and get her children

SUMMARY: Spoke to resp. and he told me he did not want to harm himself. He told me he cut his arm to
prove a point to his girlfriend. Cuts were superficial and did not require medical attention. Resp. told me his
girlfriend cut her arm and he tended to her woulds and was there for her. He said he was proving that she isn’t
there for him because when he cut his arm she ran and called the cops. I advised the Resp. to choose another
