Occurred at Union Hill Inn on Parrotts Ferry Rd. , Sonora. Rp had photographer take photos in July at rp’s
wedding. rp never received her photos, and then today $400.00 more was removed from rp’s bank account w/o
permission. resp:
Summary: RP hired and paid $1,875.00 to for wedding photography. RP added more services for $700.00.
Contract was paid in full. RP did receive some of the services paid for at the wedding, but resp’s said it would
take 6-10 weeks for photos to be ready. It has been 15 weeks and RP has only received 20 photos from the
wedding. RP found out other couples dealing with resp’s not fulfilling their end of the contract. On 11/1/16 @
1645 hrs, $400.00 charged from RP’s account to . . RP will come to the SO tomorrow to meet with me regarding
this incident. With the limited information, it was unknown if this is a civil issue or if a crime occurred. .

summary: RSP was a WMA, 20s, shaved head, black shirt, blue jeans, and cowboy boots. RSP’s car was a
cream color or white Honda hatchback. RSP attempted to open the laundry room door, but he ran away when
he saw RP. RSP got into the passenger side of the car, and they sped away without any lights on. I patrolled
