Murphys, CA…The Union Public Utility District (UPUD) will be holding a regular meeting on Wednesday, November 16th at 7:00 p.m. On the agenda is the discussion of the UPUD water rate and UWPA fee as well as the Review Of distribution and treatment on-call rates.
