Autistic Teen’s Perfect Recipe For Post-Election Blues & Reds From His New Charity Cookbook

Californian autistic teen chef and YouTube cooking show host, Chase Bailey, whose first ever cookbook launches today, has come up with the perfect, post-election recipe that everyone will love, no matter what their political leanings. Festive Pretzel Salad, a celebration of red, white and blue, is also perfect as a dish for Thanksgiving too.

Chase began life with serious food aversions, typical of people diagnosed with autism. However, his love of cooking shows helped turn his life around and food is now his biggest passion – be it eating it, cooking it or writing about it. His cooking show www.chasenyurface.com has seen world famous chefs such as Roy Choi and Mario Batali cook alongside him.

Realizing how lucky he has been to have the opportunity to turn his life around and be able to follow his dreams, Chase decided to set up a charity to help other people with autism. His cookbook was created to raise money for his new venture – www.chaseyurdreams.org

The cookbook is perfect for anyone as it shows you how to make tasty, wholesome food very quickly and easily. Featuring over 75 recipes that 15-year-old Chase has developed, along with mouthwatering photography, fun facts and anecdotes, The Official Chase ‘N Yur Face Cookbook (Chase ‘N Yur Face Media LLC, $24.95) goes on sale November 10, 2016 and includes an endorsement from Chef Mario Batali.
