Calaveras County, CA…The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform roadwork at various locations on eastbound and westbound State Route 4 (SR-4). Work will occur as follows:

The left and right shoulders on eastbound and westbound SR-4 from Lakemont Drive to Henry Street in Arnold will close for utility work beginning Monday, November 28, 2016, through Friday, December 2, 2016, from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

One-way traffic control on eastbound and westbound SR-4 from Upper Moran Road to Black Springs Road for tree work beginning Monday, November 28, 2016, through Friday, December 2, 2016, from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

Motorists should expect 5-10 minute delays. Alternate routes should be taken whenever possible.

This work is scheduled to begin as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment and/ or materials and construction related issues.
