Under a Writ of Sale issued out of the Superior Court of California, County of Calaveras, on 04/20/2016, on a judgment rendered on 04/13/2016 for the sum of $532,015.90, I have levied upon all the rights, title, claim and interest of the judgment debtor(s), Charles Richard Boggs, Tracy D Boggs, New Hogan Properties, LLC, Charles R Boggs and Tracy D Boggs as Trustees of the Charles Richard Boggs Family Trust dated 07/24/1991, The Scriven Family Trust, Tri Counties Bank, in the real property, in the County of Calaveras, described as follows: No situs address, 27 acres along the Calaveras River, Valley Springs, CA, 95252. APN: 050-003-042-000.

The property to be sold is NOT subject to the right of redemption. The amount of the secured indebtedness with interest and costs: $570,900.00 (Estimated). Minimum Bid Amount (if applicable): $0.00.
