Hey Good People!! More Snow On The Way As Bear Valley Opens Daily December 17th!

Bear Valley, CA…Hey Good People! This has been a back and forth week for weather predictions!!!!! It now looks like more snow than rain is slated for us here in Bear Valley!! With a high today of 43F and winds forecasted in the South direction from 25-45mph decent precip looks to fall today as the pressure gradient tightens and gives the Sierra the much needed precipitation it desires even if it’s rain/snow mix initially. The colder air mass we were hoping for is heading towards us so snow levels have once again come back into the mix in the 5-9″ range for later today and showery snowfall slated for Friday before the system makes it’s way East. 9000′ is the initial snow fall elevation but with the cold air now on it’s way we could see snowfall down to the 4000′ range and lower by later tonight. The recent heavy wet snow that fell has helped with some great base building so with the coming snow with it will help put us in the right direction for the coming Holidays. We are closed this M-F and opening 7 days week starting Saturday Dec 17th . Come on up and enjoy our “Pure Mountain Fun” ethos!!!!!! Stay tuned……..
