Amador County,CA… The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform one-way traffic control on eastbound and westbound State Route 26 (SR-26) from the Calaveras/Amador County line to SR-88 for tree work. Due to the Christmas Holiday, there is no scheduled road work for Sunday (December 25).

Work will begin Tuesday, December 27, 2016, through Thursday, December 29, 2016, from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

Motorists should expect 10-minute delays. Alternate routes should be taken whenever possible.

This work is scheduled to begin as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment and/ or materials and construction related issues.
