Arnold, CA…Hwy 4 will be closed from Upper Moran to Big Trees State Park to remove a Subaru about 150ft over an embankment. The closure is scheduled for 30 minutes but could go a bit longer. CHP & Caltrans will be on scene with the tow company. Please use caution and expect delays in the area…
