Twain Harte, CA…Monday morning just before 5 AM, a man entered the 7-11 store in Twain Harte during normal business hours and stole $125 worth of CA Lottery scratchers.

The suspect is a white male, between 35-45 years old, heavy set with a shaved head, a dark goatee, wearing a black t- shirt, blue jeans, white shoes and was wearing a metal chain necklace.
