Twain Harte, CA…Earlier this morning over 8000 people in the Twain Harte area were without power and over 1700 in Mi Wuk Village. PG&E sent a repair crew to the locations where they found there was a problem with the transformer and damaged equipment on a power pole. Almost all power has been restored with only seven customers being affected at this time.
