Calaveras County,CA…The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform one-way traffic control on eastbound and westbound State Route 4 (SR-4) from Batten Road in Vallecito to Meko Drive in Camp Connell for tree work.

Crews will begin work on Monday, January 30, 2017, through Friday, February 3, 2017, from 6:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.

One-way traffic control will also occur on eastbound and westbound SR-4 from Upper Moran Road to Big Tree Park for utility work beginning Sunday, January 29, 2016, through Friday, February 3, 2017, from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

Motorists should expect 10-minute delays. Alternate routes should be taken whenever possible.

This work is scheduled to begin as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment and/ or materials and construction related issues.
