Its is a great weekend to sample the variety of award winning wines, taste those robust Spanish and Italian regional varietals the foothills have become known for like Barbera, Tempranillo as well as Mourvedre and Grenache from France and some of the best Zinfandels and Cabernets to be produced in Gold Country.
