San Andreas, CA…(Update…there are still 2765 without power & the estimated time of restoral at 12:30pm. They are listing the cause as an equipment failure.) PG&E is working to restore power to over 3,000 customers in the San Andreas and Mountain Areas. There is a traffic incident near Whiskey Slide and Jesus Maria but we are unsure at this time if they are related.
