Arnold, CA…Giant Burger is now hiring!   Line Cook, reporting to the Restaurant Manager. It is crucial to have multi-tasking abilities along with being self-directed. This position requires the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure within a team environment. Key responsibilities include making sure team members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.

Primary Position Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Communicating openly and honestly with the Restaurant Management team.
• Ensures orders are cooked to specifications that meet quality controls and Guest satisfaction.
• Performs opening/closing procedures, kitchen cleaning procedures and works on line.
• Providing feedback to Team Members in a positive manner.
• Solving customer complaints quickly and with a smile.
• Cleaning and sanitizing of the kitchen including all cooking equipments
• Abide by California Handlers permit and Safe Serve Certificate
• Must be able to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
