Kirkwood, CA….Caltrans District 10 has released that they will open State Route 88 – Carson Pass ETO at 11:00 a.m. Carson Spur ETO at 1:00 p.m. ETOs are weather dependent. Kirkwood has been a bit landlocked during the latest storm.
