Sonora, CA…At approx. 0700hrs, TNT Agents and TCSO SWAT served a “high risk” search warrant for narcotics, stolen property and firearms at a residence located 22808 Four Wheel Drive Rd., Sonora, CA. During the initial entry two female adults, identified as 53 year old Thoris Lynn Donovan and 35 year old Krisse Sue Fells were located and detained. A male juvenile, who was positively identified (but will remain unnamed due to his age) fled the residence.

Once secured the residence was searched and several items of evidence related to the possession, use and sales of controlled substances; firearms and suspected stolen property were located and seized. Additionally TC Code Compliance Officers responded to the residence and initiated an investigation for multiple code violations. TC Animal Control was also requested to respond and investigate possible violations. Case is still under investigation and on-going.

Donovan and Fells were transported to the Tuolumne County jail and both were booked for the following violations; 11366 H&S – Keep place to sell narcotic or controlled substance, 182(a)(1)PC –Conspiracy to commit crime & 32 PC –Accessory. Both are being held and bail is set at $10,000 each.
