San Andreas – March 28, 2017 – The Registrar of Voters, Rebecca Turner, received a court order from the Calaveras County Superior Court regarding Case No 17CV42233. The ruling orders the Registrar of Voters to delete Measure B from the ballot. It was ruled the language of Measure B failed to substantially comply with Election Code section 9124. Ballots containing only Measure B will not be mailed. Votes for or against Measure B will not be counted
The Special Election for the following Special Districts will proceed: Saddle Creek Community Services District – Measure A, Copperopolis Fire Protection District – Measure C, Copper Cove Rocky Road Community Services District – Measure D.
