San Andreas, CA…The Calaveras County Chamber of Commerce, California Association for Local Economic Development (CALED) and Central Sierra Economic Development District (CSEDD) are proud to announce the grand opening of the Calaveras Business Resource Center (CBRC) located at 7 Main Street in San Andreas on April 13, 2017 at 3:00pm.

The CBRC is a project that was developed by the 2015 Leadership Calaveras Program and as a result of the 2015 Butte Fire in Calaveras County, received funding through an Economic Development Administration (EDA) grant to provide resources and support to the Calaveras County business community.

The CBRC occupies over 5,000 square feet of the historic Huberty Building, chosen for its prime visibility on the corner of Main Street and Saint Charles Street. Housed in the building are the Calaveras County Chamber of Commerce, Mother Lode Job Training and Business Outreach Specialist, Michelle Stephens of CalED. The CBRC will provide resources such as workshops, trainings, meeting space, etc.

The grand opening celebration will start at 3:00pm with guest speakers and a ribbon cutting ceremony followed by light appetizers catered by The Pickle Patch Deli.
