Mountain Ranch, CA…We just confirmed with the Calaveras County Coroner that a Sonora man in his early 20s lost his life in tree work on Whiskey Slide Road yesterday. According to the Coroner’s office a limb from higher up on the tree came loose, fell on the man and he sustained fatal injuries. Notifications to his family are still being made at this time.
