Don’t Miss The Senior Family Forum On May 3rd

Sonora, CA…The Sonora Area Foundation invites the community to the inaugural Senior Family Forum on Wednesday, May 3rd from 8:45 AM to 12:00 PM. This is a free community event featuring a morning of fast paced presentations by local experts on issues of significance to seniors and their families. Topics include: Elder Abuse / Scams, Investment / Financial Issues, Grandparents’ Rights, Insurance Issues, Trusts, Medi-Cal Planning, Conservatorships, Tax Planning, Estate Planning and much more.

Scheduled presenters include: Todd Simonson, CFP, Patricia Hohne, CPA, William J. Coffill, Esq., Tuolumne County Sheriff Jim Mele, HON. Kate Segerstrom, Gary Dambacher, Esq.,Tuolumne County Deputy District Attorney Eric Hovatter, Esq., HON. Donald Segerstrom and others.

The Sonora Area Foundation is a Community Foundation incorporated in 1989, commencing operations in 1990. The Foundation holds and administers more than 170 charitable funds set up for a variety of charitable purposes and educational scholarships.
