San Andreas, CA…Richard was born on July 9, 1945 in San Diego, California. He passed away on May 6th, 2017, at the age of 71 from natural causes. Prior to his death, he resided in Stockton, San Andreas and Valley Springs, California. Richard received all of his training from ARC. He enjoyed fishing and bowling.

Richard is survived by his Sister Pam Buckner and husband Steve, and numerous cousins. Richard was preceded in death by his father, Edward Maul Jr., mother Amanda Elizabeth Maul, grandmother, Isabel Montijo and grandfather, Mack Montijo.

Graveside service was held on Monday, May 15th at 2:00 PM at Peoples Cemetery in San Andreas.
